As i am not being a big fan of posting charts our admin really had to use all tricks to convince me to do this. It is a bit the same like posting dj mixes from clubs in the internet as i think there should be some myth left in what music a dj is playing and there should be a uniqueness in the moment to attend a certain clubnight. Oh my god (I’m not used to say that but in this case …): I NEED THIS ITEM!!! A fully portable turntable. Just what you need if you bought some new stuff at THE local record store and want to check it again before you gonna play it the night. You can even digitalize it immediatelly (if you really need this …).

For a lot of people the 80ies had been the most creative period in popmusic. A lot of things were possible and borders had been teared down. The belgian label ” Les Disques du Crepuscule ” was at the forefront of the interface between music and art. Benoit Hennebert the famous illustrator was responsible the visual appearance and Michel Duval and Annick Honore for the artistic programation. Lately we travelled to Duesseldorf to see the big Sonic Youth exhibition. On the next day we went to cologne to visit a couple of galleries and only by accident we passed by the “Koelnischer Kunstverein”. From outside we could see the logo from the label so we went in and actually we dicovered one of the best music related exhibitions we have ever seen.
